1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CheckQube ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our usage policies.
3. Service Usage Rules
When using CheckQube, you agree not to:
- Use the QR registration system for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our systems.
- Spam or harass other users through meeting descriptions or registration forms.
- Misrepresent your identity or company when creating events.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Content: The platform, including code, design, and original logos, is the property of CheckQube and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the meeting data and attendee information you create. By using CheckQube, you grant us a license to store and process this data as necessary to provide the service to you.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheckQube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
6. Data Ownership and Export
You are the owner of the attendee data collected through your QR codes. We provide tools to export this data (e.g., CSV export). We recommend regularly backing up your data outside of CheckQube.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
